Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and prepare orders for Dashers in a fast-paced, local-fulfillment environment.

You will work a scheduled shift every two weeks with additional open shifts, earning base pay of $18.45 per hour plus premiums for night hours and flexible shifts. On-site work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a focus on fresh food quality and safety are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Reliability and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
