Job summary

Chili's in Alabama is seeking friendly Food Runners to help create a welcoming guest experience and support our team. You’ll shuttle beverages and meals, pre-bus tables, and connect with guests to anticipate needs.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting, and a willingness to grow toward server roles. Prior experience is a plus, and flexible weekend/holiday availability is important.

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
