Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and sorting items, assisting with station setup and breakdown, and following local health codes on temperatures and cross-contamination prevention. Perks include flexible schedule and potential housing if needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use and maintain industrial dishwashers, garbage disposals, and sanitization sinks.
• Strictly following local health codes regarding water temperature, washing times, and cross-contamination prevention.
• Efficiently scraping, sorting, stacking, and restocking dishware, glassware, and cookware.

Responsibilities

• Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing plates, flatware, glasses, pots, and pans according to health codes.
• General kitchen cleaning: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning work surfaces, and sanitizing equipment and prep stations.
• Waste management: emptying, cleaning, sanitizing trash receptacles and bins.
• Station setup and breakdown: setting up dish pit and sanitizing the dish machine and sinks at end of shift.
