Jersey Mike’s is hiring Crew Members to join a fast-paced, team-focused environment where delicious subs and exceptional customer service come first. You’ll learn all areas of operations, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards while delivering a welcoming experience to every guest.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow with the team. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture.
