Job summary

Target is looking for a Starbucks Barista to join our Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced store setting. You will craft beverages, prepare food to recipe specifications, and provide an inviting guest experience throughout shifts.

Flexibility with hours, including nights and weekends, is expected. Previous Starbucks/food service experience is a plus, but not required. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to meet expectations and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and record temperatures.
