• Assists members by correcting exercise techniques and ensuring safety during free weight use.
• Communicates continually with members on the exercise floor, encouraging and motivating them.
• Listens and responds to member concerns, complaints, and suggestions.
• Cleans equipment and inspects it for safety daily.
• Assists with wellness screenings and special promotions.
• Conducts center tours and explains services to visitors.
