Job summary

Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated Team Members to join our community-focused team. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming. We rely on you to stock shelves, monitor inventory, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll use modern POS tools, engage customers, promote our Crown Card Rewards, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across shifts, including flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy helping guests.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills are required.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and various payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory so customers can find items.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, and other sales.
• Promote rewards programs to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers and improve efficiency.
