Job summary

Cambrian Homecare is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support at clients' homes in California. The role focuses on safety, daily activities, and personal care for children or adults with developmental disabilities, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifying candidates are 18+, have at least 6 months of verifiable experience, can pass background checks, and hold current TB test, physical, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
