Job summary

Cambrian Homecare is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care for children or adults with developmental disabilities in home settings. The role emphasizes safety, daily routines, and support for families across flexible scheduling.

Eligible candidates should be 18+, have 6+ months of caregiving experience, and possess active TB, CPR, and First Aid certifications. A background and reference check are required, with a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Background check and reference check required.
• Current TB test, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety.
• Behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine.
• Before and after school care.
• Hygiene care as needed.
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
