Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dependable Caregiver in a Flex position to support residents across the community. This role has no set schedule and shifts vary based on staffing needs, including AM, PM, and NOC coverage.

Ideal candidates are flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working weekends or variable times. This is an opportunity to contribute to compassionate resident care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Provide independence support, companionship, and emotional care.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean resident environment.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.
