Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Shifts include full-time Swing (2:00PM–10:00PM), full-time NOC (10:00PM–6:00AM), part-time Day (6:00AM–2:00PM), and on-call/PRN with availability across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe and report changes to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, addressing loneliness or anxiety.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities for well‑being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining general cleanliness.
