Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou's standards of quality and safety.
• Anticipates guest or teammate needs and acts proactively.
• Provides product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Recognizes when to escalate to a leader and asks for support accordingly.
• Takes direction from leaders and maintains reliable attendance.
