Caring Transitions is seeking a Transition Team Member in the North Charlotte area. This part-time, flexible daytime role supports clients and project teams with organizing, packing, and item preparation for CTBids auctions and estate sales.

Paid training is provided, and the work is meaningful for local seniors and families. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and comfortable using a smartphone while handling belongings with care.

Qualifications

• This role requires compassion, dependability, organization, and comfort with using a smartphone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in changing environments.
• Must be at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to local job sites; occasional Saturday availability.
• Able to lift 30-40 pounds and stay active during the workday.
• Related experience is helpful but not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, inventory, pack, and unpack household belongings.
• Help clients identify items to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard.
• Prepare and photograph items for CTBids auctions and estate sales.
• Assist with sale setup, buyer pickups, clean-outs, donations, and property preparation.
• Handle clients and their belongings with care and professionalism.
