Job summary

Caring Transitions of Hilton Head is seeking a part-time, flexible daytime and weekend role in the Bluffton area. You will support clients and project teams across Beaufort County and Hardeeville, helping with downsizing, estate sales, and home clean-outs while staying active and organized.

The role offers paid training, the chance to work independently or with a team, and meaningful work that makes a real difference for local seniors and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable using a smartphone.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in changing environments.
• At least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to local job sites; occasional Saturday availability.
• Able to lift 30–40 pounds and stay active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, inventory, pack, and unpack household belongings.
• Help clients identify items to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard.
• Prepare and photograph items for CTBids auctions and estate sales.
• Assist with sale setup, buyer pickups, clean-outs, donations, and property preparation.
• Handle clients and their belongings with care and professionalism.

Position Summary

This flexible, hands-on role supports clients and project teams throughout the Beaufort County and Hardeeville area. It is ideal for dependable people who enjoy organizing, helping others, and staying active. No two jobs are the same, never boring.
