Securitas USA is seeking a Flexible Security Specialist to protect people, property, and assets across client sites in Sumner, WA. You will patrol, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role offers hourly wages of $24.00-$27.00 with weekly pay and flexible shifts. Ideal candidates have strong observation, communication, and customer service skills and can work independently.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies with good judgement.
• Strong observational and communication abilities.

Flexible Security Specialist

Site Location: Sumner, WA

Wage: $24.00-$27.00/Hour

The Flex Security Specialist provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

What Your Day May Look Like

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
