Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to claim openings based on your availability, building a varied, hands-on security career.

The role includes patrols, monitoring for safety hazards, responding to incidents, and preparing reports. Must have a HS diploma (or 5 years verifiable experience), pass a background check and drug screen, and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
