Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• License requirements depend on state/local laws and may be needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed when required).
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions creating safety concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire dept when needed.
• Warn violators and control access to property.
• Record incidents and maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
• Ensure proper entry/exit procedures and property protection.
