Job Skills / Requirements

$17.00 Per Hour!

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: Valid driver’s license (current or renewable within the last 5 years), WI Security License.

Must have: Own reliable vehicle.

Availability: Able to commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shifts with flexible availability during the week and weekends. As a flex officer, you will train at multiple locations and cover shifts as needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so flexibility and responsiveness to the Operations Manager are essential. If you enjoy variety, driving, and maintaining a professional attitude, this role suits you!

Additional Benefits: Federally recognized holidays paid at time and a half.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites.
• Mileage and travel pay.
• Ability to obtain WI State Security Officer License; no felonies per DSPS.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• At least 18 years old.
• Values of integrity, communication, service, and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Flexible and reliable hours and shifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates for security.
• Warn violators and address suspicious or criminal activities.
• Report facility issues and request emergency assistance if needed.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
• Ability to obtain DSPS Private Security Person license.
