Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department in case of emergency or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized entrants and monitor entrances/exits at property.
• Observe personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal per client rules.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
