Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across multiple industries in Alpharetta, GA. You will view and claim open shifts via our shift-pickup platform, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining diverse site experience.

The role offers hands-on growth opportunities, with starting pay of $19 per hour and access to DailyPay/Weekly Pay options. This position may require irregular shifts with short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check will be conducted as per applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• No prior experience required (depending on position).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized persons to enter property.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain written logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
