Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. The role uses a shift-pickup platform to claim shifts across multiple sites, offering flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

You may work irregular shifts with short notice, gaining diverse site experience and hands-on growth. The position is full time with a pay rate of $20.40 per hour, supporting healthcare, education, finance and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
