Barbier Security Group is seeking a Flex Security Officer for multiple San Francisco sites. The role emphasizes high-visibility patrols, perimeter and access control, and community engagement to keep guests and employees secure.

Morning, Swing, and Grave shifts are available with up to 10-hour days. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, California Guard Card, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service and reporting skills, plus the ability to remain calm

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• California Guard Card License required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned sites regularly to deter threats and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents promptly with professional conduct and de‑escalation as needed.
• Operate security equipment such as radios, keys, and locks efficiently.
• Keep accurate, detailed logs and incident reports for all activities.
• Maintain professional demeanor and adhere to client policies and confidentiality.
