Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Flex Officer for a Bio Pharma site in Cambridge, MA. The role offers part-time hours with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and a starting rate of $23.15 per hour, plus paid orientation.

Candidates must be 21+ years old with one prior security experience, or as per state requirements. You will operate across healthcare, education, finance and other sectors, using our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 if armed where required by state.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Permit entry for authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
