Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy to K–8 students in a flexible contract role within a supportive school environment in South Carolina. The caseload includes ~12 students with speech-only services and 1–2 for evaluations, with room to adapt plans to individual needs and IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• CCC or CFY welcome.
• Experience with pediatric populations in school, clinical, or teletherapy settings.
• Familiarity with school caseloads (articulation, fluency, Autism spectrum disorders).
• Comfortable conducting evaluations and developing IEP goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–8 students.
• Conduct evaluations for new referrals as needed.
• Develop and implement IEP goals focused on speech.
