Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to attend shifts at facilities or client homes.
• Ability to pass a Utah background check (DACS) is required.
• Drug-free workplace policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support client safety and comfort.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe care environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team.
