Job summary

RMcare Talent Solutions seeks skilled CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a variety of healthcare settings across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. You will support patients with daily activities, vital signs, and safe transfers while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

We offer flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with options for different shift lengths. Competitive pay ($19–$21/hr) plus shift differentials and mileage stipends are provided, with opportunities to grow and learn

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated caregivers.
• Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Taking and documenting vital signs
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicating effectively with nurses, patients, families, and care teams
• Accurately documenting care provided
• Promoting a positive and patient-centered experience

Skills

Active CNA Certification

Valid Driver's License
