Job summary

PACS seeks a transportation assistant to help residents load and unload from facility vehicles and to transport them to scheduled medical appointments and activities. You will maintain the vehicle interiors and exteriors to promote safe, comfortable transport and present a professional image in the community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with GPS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license and GPS familiarity.
• No traffic crimes in last 7 years; pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and logs.
• Flexible with work hours for late appointments.
