Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender for its hotel bar team in Denver. Craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale bar environment. Previous hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Part-time position with starting compensation and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave, and daily pay options. Opportunities for growth across multiple properties in top markets.

• Sharp attention to detail from drink presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques and responsible service.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests and build connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and perform daily side work per safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Process all payments (cash, card, digital) and reconcile end-of-shift
