Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, providing convenience, comfort, retail, and a wide range of food options. The Team Member role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, stocking, and preparing quality food to meet Travelers' needs.

You will process payments, stock and clean workstations, follow food safety standards, and perform various duties to support the plaza's operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labelling, and dating of products.
• Assist with kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
