Agape IHC in Spokane is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (CNA/HCA certified) to support clients in the community with non-medical care and daily living tasks across Spokane-area neighborhoods.

The role emphasizes companionship, dressing, grooming, and safe transportation between client homes, with opportunities for advancement through our Career Ladder and regular training.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA/HCA certification.
• Experience in in-home care and compassionate client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Non-medical in-home care tasks: Dressing, Grooming, Bathing, help with eating/cooking, Transferring, Bed mobility, Walking, Behavior redirections, Communication needs, Toileting, Memory care support.
• Transportation needs: Grocery shopping, errands, driving clients to appointments.
• Companionship: Games, Puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
