Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally in a busy retail setting.
Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience across touchpoints.
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
Help minimize store loss by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
