Job summary

YogaSix Downers Grove is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for members and prospective clients, delivering an exceptional in-studio experience while driving membership sales and supporting daily studio operations.

You will conduct studio tours, present membership options, build relationships, and aim to meet and exceed sales goals. The role also covers retail promotion, welcoming environments, and smooth class flow support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique retail preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studio tours and present membership options to prospective clients.
• Build relationships and follow up with leads to convert into members.
• Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals.
• Promote retail, events, and special offers.
• Greet members and guests, address questions professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and lobby.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and support instructors.
