Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to join our RI team, offering flexibility and a strong benefits package. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment services and program documentation as liaison between clients and providers.
• Supervise and train direct service staff.
• Manage and coordinate all related treatment services.
• Support master's level internship path and potential progression into full-time roles.
