Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Our Team Members make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. You will be a true brand ambassador promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience. You will help ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• You will have the opportunity to grow your career within Bagel Brands, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.
• Duties may include assisting with daily operations and supporting team members to deliver excellent service.
