Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic service when greeting guests (2–3 lines)
• Reliable, punctual and able to work a varied schedule
• Willingness to learn brand standards and safety procedures
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation and attendance
• Weekend availability required; evenings, weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and standards
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Support teammates during busy periods and help achieve store goals
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
