Job summary

Connally ISD seeks motivated individuals to assist in managing the day to day activities of a classroom in the absence of the regularly assigned teacher. As a substitute, you have the flexibility to designate your schedule around your personal calendar, and you have the option to select the campuses/grade levels you are interested in working as a substitute.

You will contribute to student learning, demonstrate familiarity with multiple subject areas, and maintain a positive mindset toward

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Education or related field.
• Recent teaching experience or other activity in area of primary instruction.
• Preferred knowledge of current instructional strategies preferred.
• Teaching credentials a major plus.
