Job summary

Connally ISD seeks motivated individuals to assist in managing the day to day activities of a classroom in the absence of the regularly assigned teacher. As a substitute, you have the flexibility to designate your schedule around your personal calendar, and you have the option to select the campuses/grade levels you are interested in working as a substitute.

You will contribute to student learning, demonstrate familiarity with multiple subject areas, and maintain a positive mindset toward

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Education or related field.
Recent teaching experience or other activity in area of primary instruction.
Preferred knowledge of current instructional strategies preferred.
Teaching credentials a major plus.
