Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring for daytime team members to assist guests in choosing smoothies and retail products that promote a healthy lifestyle. You will blend smoothies, greet guests, and help maintain a friendly store environment.

Applicants should be energetic, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Food service experience is preferred but not required; dedication to brand values is essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team member excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
