Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and complete register transactions. You will handle cash, returns, exchanges, and keep shelves clean and well stocked while delivering Walgreens service excellence.

Fluency in English is required (except in Puerto Rico); flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected. Prior retail experience is preferred, as is familiarity with store systems and photo services

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at the cash register, handle transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and well-merchandised displays; assist with inventory and resets.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up duties as needed.
• Comply with store policies and procedures and work with team members to deliver Walgreens service traits.
