Qualifications

• Experience with diverse populations and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals with SUD.
• Assist clients in identifying recovery goals and navigating challenges.
• Facilitate peer recovery groups and encourage sharing.
• Model healthy coping strategies and positive lifestyle changes.
• Help clients access housing, employment, healthcare, and social services.
• Develop individualized recovery plans and track progress.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients about recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention.
• Encourage participation in 12-step and other recovery activities.
• Maintain confidential records of interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in case meetings and supervise meetings.
• Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Work with counselors, therapists, and case managers to support clients.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
