You will position patients, operate megavoltage equipment, verify treatment parameters, and collaborate with our oncology team to maintain safety and comfort.

The role requires knowledge of radiation safety, documentation of doses, and adherence to QA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred.
• ARRT‑T certification required; state licensure as applicable.
• BCLS within 30 days of hire required.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow detailed treatment protocols.
• Knowledge of QA and regulatory standards in radiation oncology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy using megavoltage equipment and verify treatment parameters before each session.
• Position patients and adjust equipment per treatment plans with proper immobilization and alignment.
• Perform daily QA checks on treatment machines and simulation equipment; address deficiencies.
• Conduct CT simulations and obtain portal/verification images per department protocols.
• Maintain treatment records and document delivered doses and patient responses.
