Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board-certified specialty.
• Active medical license in California and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician coverage for a dynamic service area (8–20 facilities).
• Document timely patient visits using SOAP notes in group EMR.
• Manage rounding and comprehensive care for skilled and custodial patients.
• Engage in daily call coverage, QA, and participation in QI and peer review.
• Ensure billing, CPT/ICD10 coding, and timely completion of medical records.
