Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in North Dakota. This 1099 contract position allows you to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities include exterior occupancy checks, occasional interior inspections, photographing and documenting property condition, and delivering notices. Must have a license, smartphone, and a vehicle; earnings are per inspection with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE.
• Communicate regularly with Inspection Relations Coordinator.
