Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating displays, audits, and reporting using a mobile app.

The role offers starting pay of $17.50/hour, travel pay/mileage, a flexible local schedule, early wage access, a 401(k) with company match, and no experience required with virtual training and ongoing support.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
• Physical requirements include moving throughout work areas and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
