Footprint Solutions partners with leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and virtual training.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
