Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist the Studio Director with growing memberships and delivering outstanding customer service. You will follow up on leads from digital ads, make outbound calls, and help convert leads into members.

Local candidates in Pleasant Hill/Brentwood, with weekend and/or early morning/evening availability, will report to the Studio Manager. On-the-job training is provided to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; membership sales experience preferred.
• Guest services experience preferred.
• Experience with social media a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Studio Director in generating new memberships.
• Lead follow-up and outbound calls from digital ads.
• Meet monthly sales quotas.
• Retain existing members and log bookings.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members.
