Job summary

KARE LLC in Seattle, WA seeks compassionate caregivers and licensed nurses to join the KARE HERO team. You will follow care plans, administer treatments, and perform rounds with physicians and nurses to monitor residents’ well-being.

Real Time Pay, Sidekick Referral Program, and KARE HERO Perks are offered. Work with senior living communities through the KARE app and support residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid LPN or RN license.
• Able to lift at least 51 lbs regularly.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Experience with memory care may be required if assigned to memory care areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow individual service plans and supervise prescribed treatments.
• Make rounds with residents and document visits.
• Administer medications and chart accurately.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Collaborate with Activity Director, DON, and Nurse Aides to support the activities program.
