Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in Mesa, AZ on a flexible, part-time basis.

The role includes screening, assessment, IEP collaboration, and direct therapy, with weekly compensation and ongoing support from the team.

Independent contractor arrangement offers independence while contributing to student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Arizona Dept of Education SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students through screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals to address each student's unique communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students with speech or language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social participation in the school environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation, track student progress, and contribute to IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities.
