Job summary

KidStrong in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking coaches with athletic or coaching backgrounds to engage with parents and kids in our dynamic centers. Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings, with weekend sessions starting at 8 AM.

A flexible schedule is available depending on center needs. Ideal applicants have experience coaching children ages 15 months to 8 years, comfort educating parents on our curriculum, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students in KidStrong age range.
• Ability to educate parents about curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach students in KidStrong classes and engage parents.
