Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in rehabilitation or human services field is required.
• Two years’ experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, including six months in supported employment or vocational rehabilitation.
• Two years’ experience in business and/or sales is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and basic computer skills are required.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel to employers, agency facilities and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develops job placement opportunities for participants in the Supported Employment Program.
• Engages with community-based employers to coordinate employment opportunities.
• Communicates opportunities with the Supported Employment team and participants’ support networks.
• Performs worksite and task analyses to match individuals to suitable jobs.
• Generates reports and completes forms to comply with regulations.
• Supports development of comprehensive employment plans aligned with assessments and mandates.
• Conducts job readiness activities, including resume writing and mock interviews.
• Provides billable services when covering ETS caseloads as requested.
