• Accompany individuals to their place of work and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to increase productivity and reinforce positive work behavior.
• Coach and counsel individuals on workplace issues and advocate for them when needed.
• Assist with timecards, time off requests, tax forms and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain relationships with employers and coordinate between staff and supervisors.
